These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all business relationships between MASCOTAFIND e.V., Ringstrasse 23, CH-8172 Niederglatt (hereinafter referred to as "MASCOTAFIND") and customers who register or purchase paid services via the website. The version valid at the time of registration applies.
Any deviating agreements require written confirmation by MASCOTAFIND.
2. Conclusion of contract
The contract is concluded by submitting the online registration form provided on the website. By submitting the form, the customer agrees to these GTC in full.
3. Services
All services offered are described in detail on the MASCOTAFIND website. By registering, the customer fully accepts the service specifications as outlined.
4. Right of withdrawal
There is no right of withdrawal after registration. This also applies if the purchased service is not fully used or needed for any reason.
5. Prices
All prices (unless otherwise stated) are in euros (€) and include the applicable statutory VAT.
6. Warranty
The statutory warranty provisions apply.
7. Final provisions
If any provision of these GTC is or becomes invalid, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid provision will be replaced by a legally valid one that most closely reflects the original economic intent.
